Welcome to the Bamboo7 Academy website. These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bamboo7 Academy website and its content (collectively, the "Website").
Bamboo7 Academy ("Bamboo7," "we," "us," or "our") is an instructional design and consulting company providing customized learning, training, educational content development, and related professional services.

1. Purpose of the Website

2. No Client Relationship
Submitting an inquiry, contacting Bamboo7 through the Website, requesting information, scheduling a conversation, or communicating with Bamboo7 does not create a client relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other contractual relationship.
A client relationship is established only when Bamboo7 and the client have entered into an applicable written agreement.
Bamboo7 reserves the right to determine whether and under what terms it will provide services to any prospective client.
3. Professional Services
Bamboo7 may provide instructional design, curriculum development, learning strategy, training development, consulting, course development, educational content development, and related services.
The specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual-property rights, licensing arrangements, confidentiality obligations, and other terms applicable to a client engagement will be established in a separate written agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a fully executed client agreement, the client agreement will control with respect to that engagement.
4. Educational and Mental-Health Content
Bamboo7 may develop or display educational content concerning mental health, resilience, suicide prevention, human connection, communication, well-being, or related subjects.
Such content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Bamboo7 is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, counseling, therapy, crisis-intervention, or emergency-response provider.
Information presented on this Website should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The Website is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAMBOO7'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

A signed client agreement, proposal, statement of work, license agreement, or other written contract will govern the professional services and business relationship covered by that agreement.
